However im guessing Crossfit leaves it up to you to decide what your weaknesses are and what you need to work on. Still it would be nice to see more wods incorporating more...

Ok so obviously crossfit is about functionality and adding isolation exercises to crossfit WODs doesnt make sense. However i think theres a fair few other movements which are still very functional...

I come from a mostly bodybuilding background and doing a shoulder exercise, after a day of working shoulders would be considered stupid..

The lunges may be a bit too much!

I think maybe 40% of your squat 1rm may be a better option for the lunges rather than going bodyweight.

Saying that, im guessing theres a few individuals out...

Get ready for serious DOMS in the back! My back tends to recover quite quickly and i dont usually experience much soreness....
