Agreed I only payed 65 for my efx rings. I wouldn't give a hundred for a loop of rope.

I'd love to be able to go to a box, but the closest one is an hour and 10min away thats just too far for normal use.

I still hit it up once in a while for tips on form and such.

yes it is quite a bit like magic. I just wish my push press would grow as fast as everything els. I do not like having weak shoulders.

It might not be much of a gain but it's a gain and for a fat guy thats been on his :censored: more than not for the last 7 years it's enough to...

Squat stands are quite possible. I have a set of portable ones. They took about 3 hours to make and adjust from 37" tall up to 65" tall. The fit quite nicely in the back seat.

I'm 12 years out from my resect and shaving. I still don't think it's 100% but I'll give it 94.5%. Of Corse I was stupid and have injured it a few times since the surgery.

I've been doing SS for about two and a half weeks now and have lost weight while adding to my lifts. I've gained 60-70lbs. on my CFT and lost 10 pounds.

So I'm gona say that yes it is possible to...
