Right on, there is a big difference. But really it doesn't matter too too much because even with the upswing I discussed earlier the Zone is still a low calorie diet.

If you use the block guide as your tool for estimating portions I think it is much easier for me, once you do it like a week it is a lot easier. Also using the Zone 1/3 plate ...

Personally I wouldn't kill myself trying to count calories and having it equal exact blocks. I did this and found it tedious, really impossible to stick to... and simply frustrating.

I assume 12% (which is an estimate based on the pinch test) I know it comes out to 17 blocks.

What would you suggest because seriously when I eat 17 it is just too low for me.

Yesterday 8/12 was a day off. But unfortunately I woke up with some discomfort in my (L) knee. Today I am going to do a swim as a way of staying off my knee.

Unplanned Out of line workout.

Ok I got a little Crazy. One of my buddies came over and we were working on Squat form so I ended up doing a bunch of sets of barefoot squats for form coaching...
