I got a 2" manila rope with the proper eye...
I got a 2" manila rope with the proper eye attchment at the end bolted in.I got it from a local marine supply shop.
I've tied it off with strands of nylon rope onto a tree limb. That works well.

Hi Mitchell.Theres heaps to keep busy with if you need to limit the stress on your hip flexors , dips, pullups, hspu,etc.
Mixing that lot up crossfit style,will keep you plenty fit without taxing...
