I wear the MT10's. If I'm inside where it's warm: no socks. For outdoor work when it gets cold a thin wool running sock is perfect.

I'd take a slightly different approach.

Sell the stationary bike on CraigsList and buy a proper road bike. Then go outside and ride it. Stop dicking around with all of the data and just ride....

Sheldon, I would get stiffness in my knees when I was putting a lot of miles on the bike. Glucosamine cleared it up within a few days.

A friend of mine is currently observing Ramandan. He's not following CF but P90x so workouts are fairly intense for him.

He said what works for him is exercising after breaking the fast at 8pm....
