I don't think you get more injured while doing CrossFit than in any other sport.... but as you already said, probably the ones that get injured didn't scale appropriately or just wanted...

One thing I read in "the whole 30" was, that you can have a pre- and post-workout meal.... this really helped me get some energy...

Angie took me 25 minutes. I had to start with the push ups, since we were so many people in the gym... then I did the pullups... I did them in sets of 10... but the last ten pullups I did...
