Not a bad choice either. Although higher in calories less protein. A good mixture of the two would be another good option.

Did 5 rounds today of:
10 Back squats @ 315#
10 Deadlifts @ 225#
200m run

Did it somewhere in the 27 min range. Not sure forgot watch on last run.

Depends on what I'm using the powder for. I'm strictly an Optimum Nutrition guy, best taste out there IMO. ON Whey and Casein are great, I use both. Whey is for snacks and mornings. Casein is my...
