Re: Back Tightness during WODs
Mobilize your hips and your lats as much as you can. Don't do workouts that make it worse. If it flares up, stop and don't restart.

Re: Your CrossFit Crystal Ball
Agreed, I want to hear from you, and learn why you are posing such questions.
There will be more CF gyms overall, but there will be a consolidation. More gyms will be owned by a single entity...

Re: What Are You Not Doing in 2015

Re: Very Attractive Home Page
Ditto. I think some kind of simple border effect on the pictures would really tie the pages together across the site.
I'm curious to see what you think of my home page. http://crossfitr3.com/

Re: Jump Rope Opinions
I think the fact that the R2 helped you learn is what makes me lean towards it being a superior rope (superior for learning, in my opinion--"your mileage may vary")...which still leaves room for the...

JumpNRope 1.5 if you are ever jumping outside or R2 if you're only jumping inside. I've tried tons of ropes over the course of going from a 37 minute Annie to a <6 minute Annie time and the R2 is the...

Re: Recommendations for sand bags
Army surplus duffel filled with rubber mulch are the best sandbags I've built. The rubber mulch is bulky and heavy, and doesn't fall out of the opening the way sand eventually will.

Re: Foam Plyo Boxes?
I believe that jumping onto a box was originally used to reduce the landing forces on the body when doing plyometric training for explosiveness. If you jump up 20 inches but land on an 18 inch box...

I have a couple questions.

What is the proposed wall for?
Are the windows the entire length of the wall with the garage door?
How high are...

Re: Prowlers on road/paved driveway?
I have a prowler that has "worn out" the front skid. I can post pictures once I get home if that would help diagnose this.
It wore the metal down to next-to-nothing, but only in the front. Hasn't...
