It just means you can put A LOT more weight over your head once you actually split your split jerk :-). You basically push pressed 155 a ton of times. That's strong work!

I seriously don't know how you did 5 x 500m. The last time I did 4 x 500m, I remember thinking it was THE most demoralizing workout I'd ever done. Kudos to you!
