Yeah, it was still a splurge for me at $195. I told myself if they had the timer for 200 or less, I was buying.. so I did. I'm very excited to add that to the home gym.

That's a pretty decent size.. I lifted with three people in an 18' x9' space for a couple years. Rogue R3 rack was on one side, other side had a pull up bar and space for another lifting area...

I totally agree. I upgraded to the latest comp bumpers from Rogue (from their older style) and the 'new' ones are Outstanding. I even weighed them just for kicks, and they were ALL within 10 grams...

Yes, but a quiet bar will also help. Some nicer bars do not "clang" when you set them down. Horse stall mat/s + bumpers + nice bar = pretty quiet deadlifts. That's my exact setup at the moment and...

FYI, I've used PVC "tube" from a hardware store when I was out of typical cardboard tubes.. I glued and screwed the end cap on. Bar arrived mint with no issues. Also, shipping a bar is EXPENSIVE...
