Re: Whipped Pleasure...
I think taste is a very opinionated feeling. I think Cool Whip is just at creamy and rich as other types. Blueberries with some whipped topping does sound amazing though. Yumm!

Re: Whipped Pleasure...
Ok, we're talking about less than 0.5 grams. Seriously? Also, I imagine some one can eat only one serving. A serving is equivalent to two tablespoons, which should be enough, and of course it...

Whipped Pleasure...
Gotcha! What I'm thinking is eating Cool Whip with some berries for breakfast or a snack. It's a pleasure food that you don't have to feel too guilty about.

Re: overdid the abs
What you guys said makes complete sense. I thought the crunches would do it, but apparently not. Next time at the gym, I'm going to "mix it up a bit."

Re: overdid the abs
I like working my abs. I do 300 crunches every other day. It gets intense. The next day I might be sore if I pushed too hard, but I'm one of those crazy people who loves the pain.

Re: Digestive Track
Oh man, Kim-Chi is really something else. The first time I tried it, I was at a friend's house and the spice was interesting. Nothing bad, but definitely an acquired taste.
As far as the...
