Well I'm back from college now and at a new gym back home. I like the atmosphere and a lot of the equipment but all the barbells are terribly built; bad knurling, very rigid and rotating very badly....

Could be, but I didn't get the feeling during the lift and I was wearing my Adistars. Maybe at the top of the grind when the knees shift forward? Moreso than anything else it felt like I couldn't...

Key point is- don't deadlift the tire.

Bodyweight with DBs is going to be A LOT harder than with a barbell.

Nothing wrong with it if you're looking for a challenge, but at least from what I've gathered here most CFers don't bench often...

Beets, broccoli, cabbage, dandelion greens, eggplant, kale, purslane, spinach (more for the Vitamin K than anything), and turnips are all decent vegetable sources.
