I looked on the Troy Barbell site and couldn't find any information on the colored bumpers.
Are there any pictures of the new bumpers?

My advice - Get a push broom and a small vac with a hose you can carry around to get the bad spots. Much cheaper and works just as well as any upright vac in my opinion.
