Chronic Lower Back Ache
So about 5 months ago I was doing "Christine" which involves rowing, dead lifts, and box jumps. I over estimated by abilities on the 12 dead lifts, and on the 11th of the first set I felt a weird pop...

A couple factors play into this sort of training.
1) Genetics. Some people have the capacity to train harder and faster without overtraining.

The brain uses glucose exclusively for energy, so if you're not eating enough fruits/veggis, this might explain the mental lethargy.
It could also be a lack of sleep, stress, etc.
