Quitting any addiction cold turkey is very hard, and the failure rate high.
Many re-hab centers integrate pharma into their protocols..

We are seeing more than a statistical blip (IMO) of such injuries.

Trigger Point Therapy
I have had a sore shoulder for 7 weeks now. No lifts, no presses, nothing upper body wise for 7 weeks. The rest helped, but I still had pain.
I recalled others on the board recommending trigger...

Sounds like cartilage damage.
An orthopedist can make educated guesses by manipulating the joint (called drawer movements). It will take an MRI to confirm.
