But until zinc becomes a Regionals standard on...

Re: Rig idea for my yard

Re: Rig idea for my yard

1) Custom rigs. I'm sure you have built them. Great....

Re: No Room for a Rack? Not anymore!

Paul, The Phantom is just a convenience rack. The fact that it folds up being the convenience. Rogue offers nothing like it. We offer The Fat Rack. Which is awesome. 3x3 tubing. Inside rack, outside...

Also gents, we are coming out with our very own made in Texas barbells. These are comparable to the Rogue Ohio barbell. Actually, a little better. Higher tensile strength. Details are releasing soon....

Re: Rig idea for my yard

Tim, the overall footprint is 4' x 6'. Yes, we can make it whatever footprint you wish. Although, I wouldn't suggest it. Might make things too tight for you to workout in? I wouldn't. We do offer a...

Re: Rig idea for my yard

Hey guys, the Fidel is Powder coated and would hold up fine like any other powder coated rig. Definitely is not painted. Painted rigs are garbage and start chipping.

"The Fidel".... well I came up...

We'll be publishing all the details on the site either today or Monday. I can run over to the welders real quick, but I'd rather leave them alone right now. It's Friday and they're ready to get out...

Re: CFit Brands

I own ReDefine:Fit!! :)

One of the things we do is we sponsor some great Athletes and support them through competitions, per diems, etc. Since this sport isn't really a "paying" sport yet, we try...

Re: Supplements You Use?

I only use a Protein currently. But I'd like to get into a Pre-workout. I feel like my energey levels are lower then I'm used to. It could be because I travel a lot these days.

So I'd like to give...

Re: Compression Gear

Not sure if you've ever heard of it - I use Swiftwick brand socks and sleeves. They're huge for cycling, but they're crossing the line into CF. Rogue is already carrying their long compression socks....

Re: Running a strength biased CF gym

I like this kind of programming and I think it's a great idea. Here's an example of what my box does. My coach mixes strength in the beginning, and a metcon at the end. Sometimes the metcon is light...

Re: Prep'ing for 12.2

Thursday (yesterday) was my Oly day, and we did a shortened version of 12.2.

10, 6, 3 of 12.2.

10 @ 75#
6 @ 135#
3 @ 165#

Didn't go for 210# at all. We didn't think it would have been smart.

Re: GI Bill for level 1 cert?
