City Chase was good, although Chase Points were a bit lame compared to previous years. Completed in 2hrs 30 minutes though, which placed us at 23rd team over the line out of about 420 teams. So...

Yesterday we did 3 x 400m sprints, followed by hand stand practice :yikes: Do NOT enjoy doing handstands at all, so doing two before freaking out and having to get down was still a major achievement....

Pull up ladder today.

Managed to do strict pull ups for 6 rounds (because I can't kip :ranting2:), which I was really happy with. Then went to ring rows and failed at 12 reps in the 16th round....

Did front squats today rather than back squats - said ailments mean that back squats are harder for me to get depth on so I stuck with the front...
