Hey guys it has been 38 days now and still have not received my supernova. It says it was turned around in Chile 8 days ago and still has not landed in Australia

I ordered a Supernova from Rogue on December the First and it was sent to Chile and not Australia where i live. I came on here to say that once i contacted Rogue about this they emailed me back...

My point being jim is the individual must put in the work to lift that weight and spend countless hours mastering the shirt to get the extra poundage out of it.

Hey guys I bought two 25 pound bumpers but the metal inserts are coming loose.

Any way to somehow glue the insert back in.

Pack marching in boots and not having any ankle range of movement. I have since backed by boots down 2 notches to increase my ankle range of movement.

Ring dips hard on the triceps tendon?

I have never had any problems doing them but since i have had triceps tendonitis and having read a few peoples stories i thought i would come on here and see if they really are as hard on the triceps...

Well the one in my shins have been there for about 5 weeks but were only painful for 2 weeks and all the ones in my feet I did not even know were there until i got a bone scan.

I have not had any...
