You guys are animals...I just did one with 10 # but was unable to finish off 20# as I got stuck in transition & indeed noticed some "unhappiness" in the elbows..I think I could probably get 15#...

Matt,,, what size pipe did ypu use ? If I bought 1 1/4 in, pipe @ Home Depost wound it fit as some pipes have different thickness even though the internal diameter is 1 1/4. Is aluminum pipe...

Thanks guys..I probably would not use more than 135# on the long bar for thrusters ect, but also have a fat short bar that might hold up better for DLs & such.. Maybe someone makes a sleeve/ adapter...

Id try heavy chain around the trusses possibly use a carabiner or strong enough link connector to close the loop... that way they would be somewhat moveable & you wouln not have to drill the...

Well... Ive wanted to do OAPUs for a while now...get stanted then back off...a hernia repaid 3 mos ago has slowed me down but Im back now with full strength so maybe Ill give it a shot..Im 5' 6"...

Could it be estimated the other way????? ie IF you have a six pack, then you probably have @ least a certain % body fat...say that a visable six pack means @ least less than 18%...or 15%... or 12% BF...
