Muscle Milk

I've been using "Muscle Milk" before and after workouts. I feel it's a positive thing to do but I would like others feedback on using it, and/or other protein drinks.

I made my picture the correct file size, etc. It uploaded and shows when I look under "edit profile" but it doesn't show when I post a thread. Any suggestions?
