I'm going to want to hang myself going back to a box. Seems the only way. Paying a nanny $15 an hour to watch my kid while I pay...

The thought of me leaving my team at Crossfit makes me want to puke. that is my "last resort" and unfortunately, probably my reality.

Good advice.. I always keep my Bally's membership in my back pocket for when i can't keep a Crossfit schedule (it's only $10)..

This will allow me the flexibility to stay in the gym at least when he...

Our coach was out at the CFE certification so it was just a couple of us running a quick WOD.

Bad night. We did Fran but I wasn't prepared. First off - I ate dinner RIGHT before we worked out. I drank an energy drink and a soda during the day (puke) which I never do and then we combined...

I eat Talapia. I think it's the least "fishy fish" that is mass produced.

Be careful with pounds and pounds of fruit and veggies. It will get VERY expensive if you start having stuff go bad or get...

I missed the warm up run and the stretches. I came in a bit late. I did my own quick, modified version of the stretch and then got started with the lift.

I apparently did not blog it but this past Sunday I woke up and went over to Lake Nokomis and ran about a 5k, maybe a tad longer. After that - I went over and helped my brother-in-law move in and out...

I cant run 9 miles on the carb intake I'm taking in now.. When I say carb loading - I don't mean some huge load of pasta. I just mean up the fruit intake before runs..

Gonna dial in my diet during...
