Then I would recommend doing something like GSLP which has you doing a linear progression on the big lifts on a 3-day per week schedule, followed by a short CF-ish workout on 2 or 3 of those days....

One day of strength work per week is better than nothing, but only by a little bit. 5x5 of a single lift one day a week isn't going to help you much.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but trying to squeeze a 3-day routine into one day isn't going to work well. And doing 5x5 and 3x3 and 1x1 in a single day is an awful idea.
