Angry Wrist Cast!!!

I need help! The dr put a wrist cast on me to imobilize my wrist for 3 weeks. I need to come up with some workouts I can do to get my cardio and at least legs going. I feel like I am loosing...

What size and where do you get the ball that is used for the thruster?

Finding right Weight amount

I am looking at this workout "Linda" and I know that I can not Bench or Clean the weights listed. For instance my weight is 150lb right now. My 1 rep max for Bench is about 115#.... I have no idea...

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

I need to find someone to work with me on a few of the exercises. Snatch, Clean, Kipping.... Problem is there is no affiliates in my area. I want to work towards these but need help any ideas?...

I may check into getting some training at one of the affiliates when we are in Colorado. Maybe someday I can open an affiliate.... :yikes:

I am looking at trying to find somewhere that I can go for some training or workouts to better learn the whole system. I'm not sure what to look for. I live in Spearfish SD so I doubt there are any...

I have just started also! I am amazed by the strength of the women on here! HOW do you get there. I would kill to be able to even DO half of this stuff!

Ok.. I can do the bands no problem... Better those than the Total Body machine pullups?

I'm not sure I understand #2... (pick strength work or GTG)
So do 5 sets of 3 or 5 before I do the WOD? ...

What I'm looking for is to be able to do some of these workouts with full motion.. For instance.. Being able to do 10 pullups. If I can get 1 without help I am all about that. I can do about 10 with...

I am working on them.. That is my question.. Can you suggest possibly a day or something or workout for me to follow for my workout... Like should I do the 21, 15, 9 or any other ideas?
