At the end of todays work out i helt the bar in position for practice.
I got the bar across my shoulders and chest with alot less strain on the wrists.

And i must say, wow, dislocators f**king...

warm up - press ups / disocators / kneed to elbows (easy version)

Shoulder press - 12 reps @ 30 kg

run 1 mine - 8 minutes 43

The link to that stretch is very very useful. i was instantly able to move my armsinto sligthly better position.

I just used a light little pole now and it pushes into my throat, my arms dont know...

Hey, I have been doing the front squat but find alot of pressure on my hand/wrist.

How do you make your wrists more flexible so they are resting on your shoulders for holding the bar?

Any help...
