10 grams total of fish oil Colin. The brand I am using now, "nature's bounty" does not list the DHA total on the label.

Thought I would update my situation. I went to my family physician and she said take NSAID's, take a week off, don't do anything that causes pain/discomfort, and revisit her if the pain/ache...

oops, wrong picture, that is the back of the shoulder. here is a picture of the front of the shoulder. The pain seems to be stemming from the bursa/coracoacromial ligament/coracoid process area.

As far as I can tell, there is a little twang in the front right portion of my shoulder, and it is inside the shoulder. I have had no trouble sleeping at night as well.

Very cool to have input from an NFL vet like John! I'm guessing the teams endorsing this product use it because it is easier to use than say olympic lifts? Why would so many NFL teams endorse this...
