9 Bar - yes or no?

Hi all,

Just wondererd whether anyone has tried the 9 Bars, or has an opinion?

I'm having them 4-5 times a week with breakfast but considering dropping them if they're no good.

This is pretty cool.

I did this around 2004/5 with a friend of mine. We would do a max set every day and then continue until we had done 150 in total (taking a 3-5 min rest between each attempt)....

There isn't a specific warm up that I'm aware of. The warm up should prepare you for the tabata so gradual increase in intensity with movements relevant to the workout.

The right speed for tabata...

That's exactly what you do. Rest in between sets is up to you but 3-5 mins would be ideal.
