maybe kipping pullups were a bad analogy since they are our default pullup and because they require a higher total energy output than strict pullups, whereas modifying the clean and jerk to a power...

yes, this has been discussed a lot, recently. i just looked at the other threads...was in a hurry yesterday or would have checked more thoroughly.

i think all crossfit workouts are 'anyhow'...

i was only able to view the older demo of the 'grace-off'. i've never tried this wod before and i'm wondering about power cleans vs cleans. greg and dave are not dropping into a full clean before...
