Great job Jason!
I have since hit 255 x 20. It really messes with you mentally. I have jumped to 275 and today I hit it for 13 reps, my goal is 275 x 20 by the end of March and ultimately 315.

When hitting jerks, 99% of Olympic lifters will split jerk because it generally allows you to hit more weight.

Don't be in a rush. Like any new sport/skill, start slowly, listen to your coach and trainer.
I have never done specific boxing, but have done some mma. CrossFit will definitely help your...
