Re: Caloric requirements for teenage girl?

Teen nutritional advice should be centered around choices, not quantity. You've got an opportunity here to set her up for success the rest of her life if you use this wisely. Explain to her the...

Re: My Midlife Crisis

Bluntness hat ON.

One of these days, Ben, you're going to have to stop letting the urge to workout lead your programming. When I read your thread, it's consistently going back and forth from...

And I'm serious about SoCal Jon.

I'm trying to find a way to run my teens program for free, and right now have no way to financially sustain that. A different focus of my affiliate however, would...

Re: O.K.....Why Rowing?

CrossFit California City Teens need your Support!!!! PLEASE READ!

I've been reluctant to post here, out of the fear of being seen as a "spammer"... but hopefully my genuine plea for support will be well-received.

Tonight, 15 teenagers in my summer camp program...

Re: My Midlife Crisis

That's the problem I had with the pullup program, like I mentioned to you the other day. Burn out. Those programs are more or less "stand alone" programs that really can overload you if you don't...

Re: My Midlife Crisis
