No problem if your goal is mass. They have a good abundance of all three macronutrients and the only down side in my opinion is they're high in omega-6.

What about the conversion of carbs. Won't starchy carbs be as good or even better PWO considering they are broken down into glucose and therefore are available to muscles (vise going to the liver)...
