I use the prowler in my backyard or I'll drive to a local park and push it. I do stair sprints a couple times a week on my lunch break. Nothing like a brutal workout to break up the day.

A couple of additional information. My thumbs seem to tire before anything else. Also, my hands are always cold. I'm assuming its a circulation issue.

Good to hear. As of now, I have ceased all use of tendonitis related therapy/supplements. Once my Cissus arrives in a few days I will be relying on that soley. We'll see what happens in a month or so.
