Also, make sure everything is really tight before you pull, and get a little pre-pull to make sure you have taken all the slack out...

I've tried almost every rope out there, and eventually settled on the cable speed rope. At $10, it is the sturdiest, fastest, best double under rope IMO.

yes, ideally, in the paleo/primal approach, you would use naturally raised/fed, free range chicken, and probably fired in bacon fat (from a wild range pig) and or coconut oil.

yeah, you could add some weight with everyday objects, backpack full of books, sandbags, large rocks/stones, 5 gallon jugs of water in each hand, etc.
