Yeah I was completely out and in terrible need. Almost got a turkey before actually, up here in nebraska they have a fall season for 'em. New concept for a southern boy like me.

Thank you bow season, freezer is now half full of ground venison (poor mans grass fed beef). Not a bad way to spend an off day.

egg omelet for breakfast, chicken with green vegetables/pepper/mushrooms cooked in coconut oil, big salad with nuts and evoo veggies and some kind of meat for supper, mix up the meats and veggies...

Did my bodyfat with the handheld thingy today (not sure how accurate it is). Came in at 11%! Also did some muscle ups for the first time!!! Its been an awesome day overall! Still feeling pretty good...
