I have been following crossfit for 3+ years, have decent scores (4:59 Fran, 750 Crossfit Total, 23 min 5k run) and...

Re: WOD's while training for a 12K?

Re: Top 10 in Crossfit Games and Badwater 135

Re: "The Neurotic Zone" or "On Counting Walnuts"

Christine,

I go out to Crossfit Santa Cruz at least once yearly and workout in the classes. You can spot the Zoner's very easily. Anyone out there that has done it a year or so has the lowest...

Re: CrossFit Endurance - Tri Distance Success

Journal 65 has the article I referred to. Brian M also wrote one in 66 about time trials.

One thing to note, I have been doing Crossfit since 2004, and adding the endurance element is killing me! ...

Top 10 in Crossfit Games and Badwater 135

It was mentioned on the Crossfit Endurance site that someone was attempting a top 10 finish in both the Crossfit Games and the Badwater 135 (I believe the toughest foot race in the world.) All this...

Re: CrossFit Endurance - Tri Distance Success

The Crossfit Endurance model of Brian's has mainly been tested by his athletes in CA. You will likely not find anyone on the board who has been using it.

I had numerous conversations with him, but...

Re: I'm 155lbs, I want to be 190lbs; read inside.

I have put on 20lbs of muscle "by accident" while on crossfit over the past 3 years. I eat a basically healthy zone-ish diet and have alway been lean with a fast metabolism. My deadlift has gove...

Re: A Hole In My Stomach - Belt Suggestions?

Yes, I am unclear whether it is an umbilibal hernia/defect or if it is a completely different hernia. There is no pain at all, I don't even feel anything.
