That was exactly what I did today with my DL and Bench day. I was really aggressive and said to myself not to stop before there is no other possibility.
But then this happened:

Yes, it's a weird feeling. I know that I am stronger than before, but this "have to squeeze out 10 reps in the last set again"-thinking is very daunting.

To rack it is not the problem but to ascend without lifting the butt first gets more difficult every time I squat, even after a reset and with a lighter weight

Like I wrote a few pages before I am doing GSLP right now with Olympic Lifting technique as warm up. With adding 2.5 or 5 kg each workout I am still "10ish" in all the exercises. So everything works...

Yes, I thought about that, but one reason why I am doing the level 1 course is because the next affiliate is more than one hour away.
