Flipping tires is becoming quite normal for me. The problem is I would like to know how much it weighs!!!!

The tire says 17.5-25 L-2 Heavy Duty

I did not see a weight listed on the tractor...

Maybe after your own personalized warm up you would be loose enough or ready to try some of the crossfit stuff. CFWU is not a mandatory or restricted warm up. Feel free to do anything you want before...

30 sets of 4 is the correct way to do it, but I'm sure plenty of people do 12 sets of 10. I am going...

Basically anything you can do with a sandbag or kettlebell, you should be able to do with a db. I have db's-only at college and I got a lot of workouts from what were originally sandbag videos.
