Re: Why "Infidel" on the t-Shirts?

There are several definitions of the word 'infidel'.

Merriam Webser states:

Somebody commented in another forum that scaling WoDs properly was somewhat tough for him, and the example he gave was:

So I posted in response the properly scaled versions of the WoD in his...

Re: Snacking on Almonds

I vaguely remember reading something about eating almonds only raw. Roasting them changes something about them, making them a no-no. Sorry, I don't remember the details though.

My two cents for...

Re: a little help from the pros

Just to offer a different point of view:

Why care so much about the body fat %? It sounds like you're eating healthy and exercising regularly, and as a result have a healthy body. Nothing wrong...

Re: Help!! Zone for the convenience eater

My vote goes for easing into it as well. Ideally, the change to the Zone is going to be a permanent one in your life, not a temporary fad.

The best way to accomplish that imho is to make only one...

Re: Sugar and Zone Diet

I think James nailed it.

The sugar in the fruit is fructose, which first needs to be converted to glucose. This process takes time, slowing down the absorption of the sugar. It is further slowed...

I read the third article. It sounds like it was written

- by a person who didn't actually try the Zone Diet
- just for the purpose of attacking and criticizing Sears
- based purely on subjective...

I always do

- 3 rounds of CF warm-up
- some skill work related to the WoD

Occasionally I have to scale it down a little (usually the weight on the heavy days), but else...

Re: Is there a place to track my progress

Good suggestions. Alternatively, keep a spreadsheet on your computer. Easy to search (Ctrl-F), can sort data in various ways, you don't have to trust a third party service, etc.

Re: Fish Oil Product Quality Question?
