3 really jacked discs in lower back, now what?
All of my doctors, but one, are saying that my discs are so severely herniated that treatment wont help and I need surgery. My L5 is completely f'ed!

Crossfit in general tends to have an "elitist" attitude when it comes to their athletes. I like that and understand it. But if they go mainstream with this attitude, everything needs to be elite...

I think we just saw his weakness. Hands down the best crossfitter EVER, but the first event and this last one may have shown that the longer events are his weakness. Just a thought.
