If my goals are to continuously improve strength, metcon, and main page WOD times, then what is the best way to use CFSB? Should I stick with the programming indefinitely, or cycle it with the main...

my shoulders are inflexible enough that snatches and overhead squats are extremely difficult. I can't get the bar behind my head. any suggestions on how to improve this?

I had the exact same injury 2 years ago resulting from a snowboarding accident. I was just coming off of rehab from an ACL reconstruction the previous year. There was no way I wanted another surgery....
