Interval Timer for Windows Mobile
I had a Gym Boss, but lost it. I was wondering if anyone has found a downloadable app for Mobile 7 that performs a similar function. I search online and found nothing that looked reliable/safe.

Go here http://www.starlighter.com/zone/zoneproi.htm (wfs) It says that you should be around 14 blocks. I am 6'4" and 193 and eat 20 blocks, so 14-15 sounds like a good place to start for you.
