I kind of invented a weird kind of pushup where you put your feet against the wall in the pushup position and walk them up until they are about a foot off the ground and then do pushups that way....

One problem might be that it does take a good bit of muscle back there to hold it comfortably. The is also considerably more forward lean with the low bar position which helps keep it in position...

Handstands and negatives got me there. I'd just hold a handstand against the wall as long as possible and then lower slowly, or do a headstand and push as hard as possible on the floor.
