As for your sticking point, 1). More speed off your chest. 2) More lat work

Keep up the speed bench with bands and really focus on the explosion and feeling your lats do the work...

They're individual tickets, one for each day. Some friends can't go all 3 days. I figured there would be some people who would like to go for a day or two without paying for all 3 days.

Well we wrapped up 3 days with Rick, it was incredible once again!

Friday was phase 2 for the guys who went to the phase 1 seminar last year. It was just as good, if not better than the first one!...

You've just got to be creative with minimal equipment. It hasn't slowed the academy guys down yet, but we only get them for around 20 weeks.

At a minimum I'd get:

We aren't doing anything special, just mixed it up for a few waves. I often times do something totally different than what's on the website. I base my workouts off how I feel and where I need work....

I agree, the program is legit. I've been applying it to many different people with many different goals. You stick to the same basic template and just plug in the exercises...

I made it the regular barbell length. I have both 1.5 and 2" schedule 80 pipes. The schedule 80 is stronger (thicker wall) than "regular" PVC pipe (sch 40). I've loaded the 2" pipe over 200lbs.
