definitely needed a rest day, lower back and hamstrings not feeling up to snuff.

rolled around at about 50percent with some new guys for approx 60 minutes, however.

then... ate chinese food and...

personally, i would recommend cell mass by BSN. also, if your budget can handle it, no xplode is a great preworkout supp as well. the no xplode would work...
