Re: Crossfit has weightlifting completely and utterly wrong!!

Re: Double Under Help

That's the thing, I can do singles no problem. I haven't tried singles on one leg though. I'll have to give that a shot. I know its all timing, but I just can't get the hang of it.

Crossfit has weightlifting completely and utterly wrong!!

Sorry fellow CF'ers... today is a sad day indeed.
I have discovered that what we have learned as the correct way to strength train is completely wrong.
If you were wondering why you weren't making...

Re: skipping a vaccine

Your statement of there being no side effects to flu shots is extremely ignorant of the vast amounts of data that DO show side effects. Ohhh not to mention that getting said flu vaccine only...

Re: Crossfit RRG

Has anyone heard any update what so ever on the RRG? The website home page hasn't changed since mid August. Whatever update that was to come, never came.

Re: Which college would offer best degree in nutrition?

No not really. I did quite a bit of searching myself, but everything came up with off-hand names of colleges that no one has really heard of. I think the main problem with that though, is that my...

Re: Which college would offer best degree in nutrition?

Which college would offer best degree in nutrition?

I'm looking towards pursuing a degree in nutrition? Anyone have any recommendations? I'm currently in the military, so if I can combine some online work with a local college, that would work best.

Re: Trx

I have one too. Came in really handy when I was on deployment. Yes it still leans towards the standard BB model, but some of the workouts in the book that come with it, are damn tough.

Re: Just finished Good Calories, Bad Calories

I'm on the opposite side. I just started mine. But I did see his hour long presentation on the book on google video. That was absolutely fascinating. Even after an hour of video, I still wanted more.

Re: USAW Commercial Girls Gotta See This!

Re: USAW Commercial Girls Gotta See This!
