pretty much the same as a tens, mainly curious if there are certain areas to avoid or areas that react better to electro stim, placement ideas, etc.....

i agree. a good check that you are in position before you pull is that your hands are slightly behind your shoulders. you should probably raise your butt very slightly to achieve this. also relax...
