squat cleans+ slapping pushups

wow this one is real hard. doesnt sound that hard at first but i did it rxed @ 45# dumbells and slapping pushups were a new expierience. 17:24

breakfast oatmeal 1 teaspoon peanut butter 3 strips turkey bacon
lunch 6 cups celery 3/4 whey shake 2 tablespoons flax
230 6 cups broccoli...

i think 40 would be decent but, not great 80 would be way too many so think of a number that would take you like 2 minutes to do.

9:00 am whey protein shake

ive never puked but has anyone every got the "shakes" really bad after doing a workout. the deadlifts in diane and the kettlebell swings/pullups in eva have made me shake uncontrollably
