With much respect to the Crossfit folks, I wasn't quite happy with the official "Beginner's" Workout. It does get a bit boring... none of the WOD fun. It also doesn't offer any chance to work on...

Has anyone checked out the dangers of heating PVC? Apparently PVC releases a colorless, odorless gas that is very toxic. It would be ironic to get in shape but breathe fumes to do so.
