Old WODs vs. New WODs

Does anybody know if Coach has commented on the evolution of the WOD. That is, does he feel like programming has improved over time?

What I'm getting at is whether it is a good idea to start with...

My guess was something with nitrogen in it also. It came from a ziploc bag with deodarant and toothpaste in it. I got the bag from airport security.

I think it should be OK, although the straps could be used to choke/restrain. But so could a belt.

Related and amusing to me: My bag got swabbed and found something wierd enough that they asked me...

My thoughts on saunas are that sweating from dehydration (saunas) are not as detoxifying or beneficial as sweating from exertion (CF). I see it as pulling out water instead of pushing out toxins....

I do the CFWU and WOD (75% volume, 100% load) M/W/F.
I eyeball Zone with Paleo foods, 1 L of tea/day and cheat 2-4 meals/week. 7 hours of quality sleep.
I am trashed after WODs but completely...
