Is drinking V8 as good as eating vegetables? For someone like myself, eating the perfest diet can be a challenge. It seems a glass of V8 might help ensure you are getting those vegetable servings.

And how would you ever know? Changes in your body could be just fat loss. I work out at 5:15am....
