Doctor says I injured my arm. Nothing serious, just need some rest. Thank you all of you for your input. I was just scared after reading that misleading article, "Crossfit's Dirty little secret".

Hmmm... I've just described everything I felt. Just really puffy and flabby, and a little numb. No pain. Is it some kind of arm injury? Maybe you could ask me a few questions, and I can answer them...

It's not really.. Sore. It's flabby, heavy and slightly weak. I've been drinking a lot of water.

I see guys like Rich Froning, and i notice that their obliques are well developed and covering their rib cages. What are the best exercises to develop and strengthen those muscles?
